Nanafy App Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Nanafy app (“App”), provided by Orbbis Promoção de Vendas LTDA (“Orbbis”), located at Rua Rio Grande do Norte 1435, Sala 708, Pavimento 7, Savassi, Belo Horizonte, MG, 30130-138, Brazil, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this App. All materials contained in the Nanafy App are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
- Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from Nanafy’s App or website (https://nanafy.com.br) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a grant of license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained within the Nanafy App or website;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations;
- Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Orbbis at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether electronic or printed.
- Disclaimer
- Orbbis has no liability for your conduct in relation to your use of the App. By using Nanafy, you confirm you have obtained all necessary rights and licenses to use any material you upload or interact with via the App.
- Materials in the Nanafy App and website are provided “as is.” Orbbis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
- Orbbis does not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials on its App or any linked external sites.
- Limitations
In no event shall Orbbis or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including loss of data or profit, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the Nanafy App, even if Orbbis or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liabilities for incidental damages, so these may not apply to you.
- Accuracy of Materials
Materials appearing on Nanafy’s App or website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Orbbis does not guarantee that the materials are accurate, complete, or current. Orbbis may make changes to materials at any time without prior notice but does not commit to updating the materials.
- In-App Purchases
The Nanafy App may offer in-app purchases. By choosing to make such purchases, you acknowledge that additional charges will apply and that all purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
- Platform Availability
The Nanafy App is available for devices running Android, iOS, and Web platforms. Orbbis does not guarantee that the App will function identically across all platforms or devices.
- Age Restriction
Nanafy is intended for users aged 4 years and older. Use by individuals younger than this age must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
